Weekly Moms Group
Adventist Health
A no-cost, peer-to-peer support group facilitated by Adventist Health staff. A place for moms and babies to meet in a comfortable, supportive, educational, and informational setting.

YCOE FRC & the First 5 Yuba County "Momigas"
A no-cost, peer-to-peer support group (children welcomed) facilitated by moms, trained in a Maternal Mental Health curriculum. A place for caregivers of children 0-5 to gather, ask questions, get support from others, and receive connections and referrals to local resources.

Maternal Mental Health Now
Healing happens through daily self-care: movement, breath, connection, and slowing down.
​
The Sana Sana Monthly Wellness Series offers free, virtual sessions with practical, low-pressure tools for mental and emotional well-being. Led by trauma-informed facilitator Durga, these body-based practices are designed for people who are pregnant, postpartum, parenting, or in caregiving roles. No experience required.
​
Sept 3 – Intro to Wellness: Set your intentions and get grounded in the four parts of a somatic practice: purpose, embodiment, ritual, and change.
Oct 1 – Grounding: Learn simple grounding techniques like color counting, sweeping, and butterfly taps.
Nov 5 – Breathing: Try three breathwork tools—box breathing, accordion breath, and bumble bee breath—to help manage stress.
Dec 3 – Centering: Practice somatic centering in standing, seated, or lying-down positions—whatever feels best for you.

The goal of The Mom Walk Collective is to help mamas find their village and create meaningful relationships as they navigate the chaos and beauty of motherhood.

Comprehensive Care for Maternal Mental Health
Doula support provides essential emotional, physical, and informational care throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. Doula services can help reduce stress, anxiety, and postpartum depression while promoting positive birth outcomes and maternal well-being.
