2nd Annual Bridging Hope Walk
Sutter-Yuba Behavioral Health
Event Details:
-
Date: Saturday, September 7, 2024
-
Time: 8:00 AM
-
Location: Yuba County Government Center, 815 8th Street, Marysville, CA

Special Focus: This year, we are highlighting the critical connection between suicide awareness and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs). Many new parents experience PMADs, which can include depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. Without proper support, these disorders can increase the risk of suicide. By raising awareness of PMADs, we can help ensure that new parents receive the care they need, reducing the risk of suicide and fostering healthier families.

Why Attend?
-
Raise Awareness: Shine a light on suicide prevention and the importance of mental health.
-
Support Others: Walk in solidarity with those who have been impacted by suicide.
-
Promote Hope: Spread a message of hope and resilience throughout our community.
