This is a free, supportive, and practical virtual class created for new moms who want tools that actually work with the ADHD brain—not against it. Together, you'll explore the most common challenges moms with ADHD face during the postpartum season, while also highlighting the strengths, resilience, and creativity that many ADHD moms bring into parenthood.
You’ll leave with realistic strategies you can use right away—especially on the days when you’re tired, touched out, and your brain feels like it has 37 tabs open.

This class will focus on the parents’ emotional wellbeing during the postpartum period. The class will include education, discussion, review of a postpartum plan, and resources.

Doula Support Services
Comprehensive Care for Maternal Mental Health
Doula support provides essential emotional, physical, and informational care throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. Doula services can help reduce stress, anxiety, and postpartum depression while promoting positive birth outcomes and maternal well-being.
